Vintage 1930s era WFL snare drum nickel over brass, players condition. This drum is a great period piece and would be a fun project to completely restore, or just play it and enjoy the vintage mojo.
Much of the nickel finish has worn off over the decades, but the brass shell is totally intact. Shell, badge, straight rims, lugs, snare butt, and most of the tension rods and rim clips seem to be period correct. The Ludwig strainer and modern snare wires were obviously added later, but function well. Drum has been completely cleaned and set up to play. Snare-side head is new. Batter head has plenty of life.
